Heat Press to 400 degrees (MUST have a commercial heat press)
Pre Press the fabric for 10-15 seconds to eliminate moisture.
Insert a piece of blowout paper in between layers of fabric if pressing a shirt especially. This is so the design doesn’t bleed to the back of the shirt.
Press Sublimation Transfer for 45 seconds with med-high pressure.
Peel while hot.
